FAQ: the Paris Saint-Germain Women's team answers all your questions

The only official channel for purchasing tickets for Women’s matches is the official ticketing website: /fr/footfem.

You can buy up to 6 tickets per match from the official ticketing website: /fr/footfem.

E-tickets are printable tickets, presented on paper at the stadium entrances.  

M-tickets are designed for smartphones and enable you to scan your own ticket at the stadium entrances, using your phone. After you have received your confirmation email on your smartphone, open the attached file and add it to the appropriate app: Passbook (iPhone) or PassWallet (Android). This is the only way to ensure your m-ticket can be read by the scanner.

At Paris Saint-Germain, all tickets purchased are issued as electronic tickets: either e-tickets or m-tickets. Both formats can be downloaded from the MY TICKETS section of your client account, around 21 days before match day.

You must then print out your e-ticket or download your m-ticket onto your smartphone in order to access the stadium. Paris Saint-Germain tickets must be assigned to a ticket-holder, and you will be asked to show proof of ID at the stadium entrance. 

No, you can also present them as m-tickets on your smartphone. To do this, select the SEND M-TICKET option in the MY TICKETS section of your account. 

Please maximise your phone screen’s brightness setting when scanning your m-ticket. (Please note: If your phone screen is cracked, the scanner will not be able to read your m-ticket.)

By car: If you are travelling to Jean Bouin Stadium by car, take the Porte d’Auteuil exit on the northern ring road, or the Porte d’Auteuil / Porte Molitor exit on the southern ring road. There is a car park near Jean Bouin Stadium. 

By metro: You can travel to Jean Bouin Stadium on line 9 (Porte de Saint-Cloud) and line 10 (Porte d’Auteuil).

By bus: No.22, 62, 72, 175, 189, 289 and PC1 stop at Porte de Saint Cloud. Bus No.32 and 52 stop at Porte d’Auteuil.

By Vélib: The following Vélib stations are located near Jean Bouin Stadium: 
Station No.16036, Place de la Porte Molitor 
Station No.16040, 73 bis, Boulevard Exelmans 
Station No.16035, Allée des Fortifications

There is a left luggage area for helmets, small bags, umbrellas, etc. just inside the stadium entrance.

There are various refreshment areas inside the "Parc des Princes" stand.

The dates and times of the matches may be changed by the LFP (Professional Football League) up until 10 days before the match.

Except on special occasions, the gates open 90 minutes before kick-off. We recommend getting to the stadium as early as possible. Do not forget your ticket – either printed out or downloaded onto your smartphone – and your proof of ID. 

Please note: Once you leave the stadium, you will not be allowed back in. 

By car: If you are driving to Georges-Lefèvre Stadium, take the N184 or the D284. They will take you to the nearest car parks to the complex. 

By RER A: Get off at Saint-Germain-en-Laye. It is a 30-minute walk from the station to Georges-Lefèvre Stadium.

Tickets for away matches are only available for the final phases of French and European competitions, providing Paris Saint-Germain qualify, and/or for one-off away matches organised by the club.

When you book tickets for certain away matches, you will receive a confirmation email within eight days, or sometimes even longer. 

Important information: Tickets for away matches cannot be modified, exchanged or refunded. This means that the ticket-holder’s name cannot be changed at a later date.
