The Paris FC
The history of Paris FC is linked to that of Paris Saint-Germain. Indeed, Paris Saint-Germain was born on August 12, 1970, as a result of the merger between Paris FC, created one year earlier to fill the absence of a high-level club in the capital, and Stade Sangermanois, founded in 1904 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, the birthplace of King Louis XIV. The 1973-74 season marked a major turning point in the club's history, with Paris FC's descent into Division 2, combined with PSG's rise to Division 1. The Red and Blue then returned to the Parc des Princes.
The club's last appearance in Ligue 1 was in the 1978-79 season under Roger Lemerre. The best result of Paris FC in the French Cup is a semi-final, during the season 1979-80: after defeating the Stade Rennais and AJ Auxerre, the team was defeated by US Orleans.
During the Ligue 2 2022/23 season, the Parisians played very well against Saint-Etienne (0-2) and Niort (3-0).

The Stade Charléty
The Stade Charléty is one of the historical stadiums of Paris. Inaugurated in 1939, the stadium was built according to the plans of the French architect Bernard Zehrfuss, who also built the Renault factory in Flins and the Danish embassy in Paris.
After an extension between 1991 and 1994, and a renovation in 2019, the capacity of the Stade Charléty reached 19,000 seats. The stadium hosted the Paris Saint-Germain Women's team between 2012 and 2017, as well as the Stade Français between 2010 and 2013, before the reconstruction of the Stade Jean Bouin.
