Founded in 1902 under the name of Union Sportive Quevillaise, Quevilly Rouen Métropole in its current name was created in 2015, the club being partly financed by the Rouen metropolis. On a regional level, the club competes with FC Rouen and Le Havre Athletic Club. If FC Rouen was playing in National 2 during the 2022-23 season, Le Havre and QRM were in Ligue 2 BKT.
QRM is known for having achieved one of the most beautiful courses in the French Cup for an amateur club. After eliminating Olympique de Marseille and Stade Rennais, the club reached the final against Olympique Lyonnais, defeated 1-0 by a goal from Lisandro Lopez.
During the Ligue 2 2022/23 season, the Parisians played very well against Nîmes (3-1) and Paris FC (3-1).

After two seasons in the Swiss league, he was loaned to FC Metz in January 2022, participating in his first Ligue 1 matches.
The Robert Diochon Stadium

Inaugurated in 1914 under the name of Stade des Bruyères, the stadium became the Stade Robert Diochon in 1953, after the death of the emblematic President of FC Rouen. The stadium also hosts the Rouen Normandie Rugby matches, playing in Pro D2 during the 2022-23 season.
On April 8, 1970, the French national team played against Bulgaria at the Stade Robert Diochon in a friendly match. The final score was 1 goal everywhere, with a realization of Henri Michel.
