Founded in 1997 under the name EuroPeru, Issy-les-Moulineaux Women's Football is a football club that has been playing in  Division 1 Arkema since it won the Division 2 2019/20 championship. At the end of an exceptional season, Les Chouettes d'Issy moved up to 1st place in Group A ahead of the women's section of Rodez Aveyron Football, finishing with the best attack as well as the best defense in the championship.
